THE TIMELINE
- The Kairos WeddingGUESTS ARRIVE 4:30 PM
You’ll arrive at the castle and walk through the gardens to the ceremony. Find a seat and enjoy the view!
- Wedding CeremonyCEREMONY BEINGS AT 5:00 PM
We’re getting married. In the Lions Gate Portal. At a castle. Surrounded by the people we love most. It’s going to be intentional, emotional, and full of magic. You being there means everything.
- COCKTAIL HOURDRINKS AT 5:20 PM
Right after the ceremony, we’ll head to the terrace for drinks, small bites, and big hugs. Champagne. Ocean views. All the good stuff.
- Dinner Is ServedDINNER TIME IS 7:00 PM
A delicious meal, drink, and a room full of people we love.
- Speaches & Toasts7:00 to 9:00 PM
Throughout dinner, a few people will speak. Expect some tears, some laughter, and a few surprises.
- Dancing On The TerraceTime to party 9:00 PM
The DJ starts. We’ll dance under the stars. Whether you’re all in on the dance floor or chatting with a drink—enjoy it.
- One More Drink11:30 PM Get One More
Final drinks, final songs. Take it all in. This night will live in us forever.

FOOD & DRINK
Come hungry — it’s going to be so good.
We’re thrilled to have Truffles Catering serving up passed canapés and a delicious buffet with something for everyone — including vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options.
Cake and desserts will be lovingly made by our amazing sister-in-law, Joy Clarke — trust us, you’ll want to save room.
There’ll be champagne, wine, a castle bar, and late-night snacks to keep the celebration going strong.

Cortnie and her crew will be staying at Bear Mountain the night before the wedding.
